At Spiral Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.
We offer a variety of class styles, including basic yoga for beginners, chair yoga, gentle yoga, vinyasa, pilates fusion, power flow, child and me, soma yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, Nia, and sound healing.
