A vinyasa style class focusing on connecting with the breath while holding postures longer. Mobility challenges incorporated to strengthen and build confidence. Often led through a guided meditation to allow the mind to rest.

Gentle floor stretches that engages in movement and deep breathing. Engaging 360 degrees of our bodies to expand and take up space. Giving our minds the opportunity to let go and be present in the moment with the kids in our lives. Offering safe play options for kids along with the opportunity to join us in movement.
Slow FLOW is a slower-paced vinyasa class, with longer holds and often a more gentle and mindful sequence of poses. This class is multi-level, great for beginners, and designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and open.

This class is a blend of yoga, Pilates and ballet movements. This low impact class will enhance your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and overall strength.

Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind, body and spirit.
The experience begins with lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket, pillow or anything else to make it a comfortable experience. After a few minutes of a meditative focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies using Crystal Singing Bowls, Drums and Chimes.

During this hour one on one session you will experience the vibrational frequencies coming from Himalayan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Buffalo Drum and other instruments. As you lay on a massage table , the instruments will be used on or around the body restoring balance and inner peace.
A foundational yoga class for all. Includes basic pranayama (yogic breath), common poses and transitions. Great for the beginner, or for those with yoga experience, it is an opportunity to bring more attention and awareness to your practice.
Flow classes link breath and movement to help integrate mind and body, while also attending to healthy postural alignment and transitions. Vinyasa helps build stability, strength, balance, and flexibility. Experience is helpful, but not required.
A holistic movement practice that combines elements from dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia builds stamina and strength, improves balance and coordination, and provides an alternative to repetitive cardio fitness. Nia is adaptable to any level of fitness. No experience needed.
Soma Yoga is a therapeutic practice that re-educates neuromuscular pathways to help release tight restricted muscles, and promote healing. Somatic yoga focuses more on building awareness, while building strength gently and gradually. Postures may be done seated or close to the mat, with props for additional support as needed.
A quiet, slow paced, and contemplative practice that targets the connective tissues around the joints, bones, and ligaments. Time is spent in longer-held, passive poses, most of which are done close to the floor. Yin helps increase circulation, improves flexibility, joint mobility, and calms the nervous system. No experience is needed.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep rest and relaxation. Yoga Nidra systematically relaxes the body and the mind by slowing down brain wave frequencies. Breath awareness and focused mindfulness help promote better concentration, increased mental clarity, and improved mental and emotional balance.
