Join Kate for a gentle, trauma-conscious workshop exploring your natural nervous system responses—Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn—through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. With soothing Yin Yoga and a Tibetan Singing Bowl sound bath, this practice supports grounding, self-compassion, and ease. You'll deepen awareness of your stress responses, building tools to help you re-regulate even when calm feels out of reach.
